The NADCP Annual Training Conference will once again feature the Justice For Vets Mentor Corps Boot Camp, a training for volunteer veterans serving as mentors in veterans treatment court.
During the Boot Camp, volunteer veterans will learn how to effectively mentor struggling veterans participating in a veterans treatment court. Course-work includes examining the roles, responsibilities and boundaries of veteran mentors; the unique issues facing veterans; and how to swiftly connect mentee veterans to the local, state and national services and benefits they have earned.
The Boot Camp will culminate with a swearing-in ceremony during the conference closing ceremony.
NADCP and Justice For Vets are pleased to announce that the price for the Boot Camp has been reduced to $550.
